Dr. Mamoni Dash, Co-Founder
A career scientist in BRIC-ILS, Dr. Mamoni holds a Ph.D. in Biomaterials. Her research interest lies in the interdisciplinary area of polymers with current focus on developing polymers as biomaterials for biotechnological applications. She has experience in various research laboratories across Europe and India. She has been instrumental in the formation of Polyorbit, a spin-off from ILS.
Mr. Biswaranjan Sahoo, Director & co-Founder
An accomplished entrepreneur with a decade long entrepreneurial journey. With a degree in Information Technology, Mr. Sahoo ventured in to Human Resource and has been providing Human Resource Solution to Corporate India. His clientele is the list of “who-is-who” in Indian Industry in the domain of Infrastructure, IT and Pharmaceuticals. He heads HR and Business Development in POLYORBIT.
Mr. Madan S. Dash, Director & co-Founder
A Post-Graduate in Economics, Mr. Dash has decades of experience in industrial Finance, specifically SMEs. He is a certified corporate trainer and transformative coach. In POLYORBIT he looks after Finance and Corporate Governance.
Ms. Sasmita Samal, Chief Scientific Officer
After her M.Phil., Ms. Samal joined Therapeutic Biomaterial Group, DBT-ILS for her Ph.D. under the guidance of Dr. Mamoni Dash. Her Ph.D. degree is awaited. Her doctoral thesis focused on investigating extracellular vesicles and their role in therapeutics. Her research interests are in the intersection of cell biology and material science.
Mr. Gyanendra P. Panda, Chief Technical Officer
Gyanendra holds a Master of Science degree in Chemistry from VSSUT, Burla, Odisha. He began his research career at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning, Puttaparthi, Andhra Pradesh and continued at the Institute of Life Sciences, Bhubaneswar. At ILS, Gyanendra was involved in a BIRAC-funded project and was responsible for the preparation of cationic polymers and their characterization.

After her Masters in Prosthodontics from the prestigious King George’s Medical University, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh she is serving as Professor, Institute of Dental Sciences, Sum Hospital, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, with more than fourteen years of clinical experience.
Prof. Dr. Subrat Padhiari Professor (Clinical Advisor)
Dr. Subrat Padhiary after his Master’s from the prestigious R Ahmed Dental College Kolkata, has been serving as Professor, in Institute of Dental Sciences, Sum Hospital Bhubaneswar. As an Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon Dr. Padhiari has vast experience in clinical practice with varied patients.
